At S.F. Ballou Construction Company we work with our clients to define their housing goals and move forward with a tailored-to-fit building process. We are looking to add an efficient, outgoing, process oriented and passionate Client Concierge to our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with managing clients
- Administrative duties
- Respond to client's needs in an efficient and timely manner
- Be a liaison between the superintendent and the client assisting with design selections and scheduling throughout the homebuilding process.
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative/clerical work. (Minimum one year)
- Smart and hard working.
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Experience in Sales or Real Estate a plus
- Some Design experience is preferred but not required.
Job Specifics
- Work out of the office in Morehead City
- Office hours: 8am - 5pm
- Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Performance bonuses.
